General Terms and Conditions.
- A
non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per car is required on
booking.
- The
balance to be paid no later than 4 weeks before the hire date.
- For
the consideration of other clients, passengers are NOT permitted
to smoke in any of our vehicles.
- The
client is responsible for the conduct of all passengers.
- We
reserve the right to invoice the client for any repairs, replacements
or valeting costs arising from damage to the vehicle or it’s
fixtures caused by the client or passengers.

We ensure that our vehicles are fully maintained and kept in first
class condition. However in the unlikely event that we are delayed
or unable to complete the engagement due for example to mechanical
failure, accident or adverse weather conditions, we will always
endeavour to provide alternative transport and reimburse accordingly
if applicable. No liability will be accepted by the company for
any consequential loss.
- No
responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle
access at the location.
- Although
we will take every care, no responsibility will be accepted for
any loss or damage to luggage or personal property.
- Any
luggage/items are the sole responsibility of the hirer and must
be removed by the client at the end of the hire period.
- In
relation to convertible vehicles, it is at the sole discretion
of the chauffeur whether the roof should be lowered or removed
where applicable.
